Refunds & Returns Policy

At Three Bear Studios, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Please note:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us via the contact form on our website so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items, including custom prints or personalised clothing

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us via our website before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, in line with EU consumer regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
