Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

UK: 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
